Planks
The plank is a straightforward exercise that works your
entire core. As you stand on the balls of your feet, establish a pushup
position while keeping both forearms flat on the ground. Make sure your lower
back doesn't dip by engaging your core. As you hold the plank position for 30
to 60 seconds, make sure to keep your body in a straight line.
Russian Twists
The Russian twist is the following. In order to start this
core-strengthening practise, you will need to sit on the floor on a yoga mat.
Bend both knees, draw your belly button in towards your spine, and, while
keeping your back straight, sag back a little bit. One whole rep entails
rotating your upper body to the left, then to the right, while keeping both
hands in front of your chest. Twist your body in that same direction.

Bicycle Crunches
As you press your lower body into the ground while doing the
bicycle crunch, you will be lying flat on the floor. Place both hands beside
your head and bend your knees towards your chest as if you were pedalling a
bicycle. Repeat on the other side, crunching the left side of your body up
towards the right knee while keeping the left leg extended.
Mountain Climbers
Start on a high plank with your wrists right behind your
shoulders if you're a mountain climber. Form a straight line with your body and
rise to the balls of your feet. After that, immediately press your left knee
back to a high plank position before doing the same with your right knee.

Dead Bugs
Last but not least, Read suggests using dead bugs to finish
this list of abdominal toning exercises. Laying flat on your back on the ground
is where you should start. Lift your legs so that your knees make 90-degree
angles, extend both of your arms upward, and do the same. Once they are fully
stretched and hovering above the floor, simultaneously descend your left arm
and right leg. Return them to the start position, and repeat the motion with
your right arm and left leg.
